Pretreatment Tunnel Process

Pretreatment Tunnel Process is a metal surface preparation process performed prior to painting or coating. This system removes oil, dust, and various contaminants from the workpieces, while applying a corrosion-resistant treatment to enhance paint adhesion.

As a result, the coating achieves stronger adhesion, greater durability, and a longer service life.


This system operates as an automatic conveyor system, where workpieces are conveyed through a tunnel divided into multiple zones. Each zone performs a specific function, such as degreasing, surface conditioning, phosphating, and drying.

All processes are precisely controlled, ensuring consistent quality across every workpiece.

Pretreatment Dipping Process

Pretreatment Dipping Process is a surface preparation method performed prior to painting, in which workpieces are immersed sequentially in chemical tanks. Typical steps include degreasing, derusting, rinsing, and phosphating to ensure the metal surface is clean and properly prepared for coating.

This process improves paint adhesion, enhances corrosion resistance, and extends the service life of the workpieces.


This system is ideal for workpieces with complex shapes or hard-to-reach areas where spray nozzles cannot effectively access, such as automotive components, steel structures, machinery, and industrial equipment.

It is commonly integrated with an overhead conveyor with jig system, which automatically lowers and lifts workpieces into and out of each tank. This ensures high cleaning efficiency, consistent results, and easy quality control throughout the process.
