Pretreatment Tunnel Process is a metal surface preparation process performed prior to painting or coating. This system removes oil, dust, and various contaminants from the workpieces, while applying a corrosion-resistant treatment to enhance paint adhesion.

As a result, the coating achieves stronger adhesion, greater durability, and a longer service life.



This system operates as an automatic conveyor system, where workpieces are conveyed through a tunnel divided into multiple zones. Each zone performs a specific function, such as degreasing, surface conditioning, phosphating, and drying.
